IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No, there is no minimum order.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order simply send us an online inquiry, call us, email us or visit our showroom.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Yes.  Changes to the Rental Reservation (such as reserved items type, color and quantity) must be made at least 2 weeks before the event date.  The changes requested are not valid until you get a confirmation by email from Festejos Party Rentals and Decor, Corp.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

In order to ensure availability of our most popular items, we would encourage you to place your order as soon as possible. However, we do know that some  events are created at the last minute.  In this case, we will do our best to fulfill your entire order.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

 If a cancellation occurs seven days prior your event you will get a full refund.  After that, it may result in the lost of your deposit.  There is no refund for unused items.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER UPON RETURN?

All the rental items must be returned in the same condition as the customer received them. The customer agrees to pay for any damaged or lost items.  

DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE ITEMS BEFORE RETURNING THEM?

No cleaning is needed before returning the items.  All rented items must be dry and free of food and debris; sashes must be untied before returning them.

DO YOU DELIVER OR CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You can come to our warehouse and pick up your order, however, some items need to be deliver.
